ALLINA HEALTH EMS - TITLE SWITCH

Aspen Mills will rework the ID panels and/or patches for Polos, Jobshirt, Softshell Jacket, Quilted Jacket, Softshell Vest, or Hi-Viz Jacket.  This will allow you to keep your same clothing item but have new ID panels and/or patches applied.  Please read the following descriptions carefully.

C-ALNjsSW:  USED WHEN CHANGING MEDICAL TITLES, IE...DRIVER TO EMT/EMT TO PARAMEDIC - This will remove the old ID panels and replace them with the new ID panels with the new MEDICAL TITLE change.  And change the Patch Rockers on the garment.

C-ALNjsPS:  USED WHEN PROMOTION TO FTO OR  FOR A NAME CHANGE ONLY.  This will remove the old ID panels and replace them with new ID panels with FTO PROMOTION or NAME CHANGE.  NO patch rockers will need to be changed.

ST-ALNts:  USED WHEN CHANGING THE TITLE ON THE OUTER SHELL OF THE HI-VIZ JACKET ONLY.  This will place a Hi-Viz panel with a 3M Scotchlite MEDICAL TITLE change on the left chest.  The inner quilted Jacket will need to also apply one of these codes, C-ALNjsSW or C-ALNjsPS, along with the ST-ALNts code of the outer Hi-Viz jacket.
